The Salisbury office is the "hub" of company activity, housing the senior management as well as all payroll, accounting, and administrative functions. The senior management alone have almost 100 years of combined experience in the employment industry.

Robert A. Leone - President
Robert founded the company in 1976 and his vision has enabled it to grow and become the oldest privately owned employment service on the DelMarVa peninsula.

Diane Taylor - Vice President of Operations, BesTemps
Diane has been in the temporary employment service industry for over 25 years beginning with Kelly Services in Peoria, IL. Diane joined BesTemps when she moved to Salisbury in 1985, and has been in her current position as V.P. of Operations since 2002. Diane serves as expert resource to all locations and directs all marketing/sales activity, worker's compensation, payrolling operations, and audits.

Jean Schrecongost - Office Administrator - HR Manager - Outplacement Consultant
Jean has over 22 years' office administration and career counseling experience, having joined the company in 1986. She is responsible for making sure that all the company's internal functions operate smoothly and professionally, with focus on human resources and information technology for all branch locations of the corporation. Jean is also instrumental in the start-up procedures for new affiliate corporations.

MaryAnn Riggi - Accountant / Financial Specialist
MaryAnn came on board in September 2006, bringing with her a diverse and vast financial background that includes all accounting functions with a focus on providing financial direction and support to upper management that influences the overall growth of the corporation. She also provides assistance for new affiliates on start-up procedures.

Patsy Ware - President/Owner
Patsy joined the company in 1997. She held the position of Branch Supervisor, and in 2008 became the affiliate owner of this location. Patsy oversees a staff of three and the branch operation.
